Cancellation Policy Overview

At Drovelin Casino Hotel, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while maintaining our commitment to providing exceptional service to all our guests.

Standard Room Reservations

Cancellation Timeline

  • 48+ hours before check-in: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours before check-in: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before check-in: No refund

All times are based on the hotel's local time zone (Pacific Time).

Suite and VIP Room Reservations

Cancellation Timeline

  • 72+ hours before check-in: Full refund
  • 48-72 hours before check-in: 75% refund
  • 24-48 hours before check-in: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before check-in: No refund

Group Bookings

For group bookings (5 rooms or more):

  • 14+ days before check-in: Full refund
  • 7-14 days before check-in: 75% refund
  • 3-7 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days before check-in: No refund

Special Events and Peak Seasons

During special events, holidays, and peak seasons:

  • 7+ days before check-in: Full refund
  • 3-7 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days before check-in: No refund

Special events include, but are not limited to:

  • New Year's Eve
  • Major sporting events
  • Local conventions
  • Holiday weekends

No-Show Policy

If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date without prior notification:

  • Your entire stay will be charged
  • Remaining nights will be cancelled
  • No refund will be issued

Early Departure

For early departures:

  • 24+ hours notice: Remaining nights refunded minus one night
  • Less than 24 hours notice: No refund for remaining nights

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government actions, etc.):

  • Full refund will be provided
  • Option to rebook at the same rate for future dates
  • Each case will be reviewed individually

Refund Process

When a refund is due:

  • Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 5-7 business days
  • Alternative payment methods: Processing time varies

Modifications to Reservations

For reservation modifications:

  • Date changes subject to availability
  • Rate differences may apply
  • Modification fees may apply during peak seasons
